This is my first time doing business with Photolet, how can I start?
We advise our clients who are using our services for the first time to look at the “Rental Policies” page. You can shop, order and rent cameras, photography gear and studios via our website or other communication channels.
Do I need to create an account to benefit from Photolet services and complete my booking?
Registration is totally optional; you can request services, complete your booking, and rent gear without the need to create an account. But we recommend that you create one to take full advantage of our services.
Do you ask for a security deposit to rent studios, cameras, or photography gear?
It is possible to ask for a security deposit before agreeing to rent a studio, cameras, or photography gear. It’s entirely Photolet’s decision.
Can I rent the studio in addition to cameras and photography gear?
Yes, you can rent the studio with/without cameras and photography gear. Photolet offers a variety of options to meet the needs of all its clients.
What comes with the studio?
Photography backdrops include multi-color paper backdrops, classic backdrops, smart backdrops, and unlimited cycloramas.
Remote controllable surround sound system to create a great client experience by streaming music via smartphones.
Flash generators.
Make-up and dressing room.
Free coffee corner.
Free ultra-speed 5G Wi-Fi network.
Where do I collect photography gear?
You need to come to the company’s office to get your photography gear.
When do I collect photography gear?
You can receive your photography gear during official working hours, which are 10:00am to 10:00pm, excluding public holidays.
Can I rent more than one piece at the same time?
Yes, you, as a client, can rent all the photography gear you need.
What comes with the camera?
You will get the camera with all the accessories needed for operation: battery, battery charger, memory card.
What comes with the lens?
You will get the lens with: front and back covers and protective filter. Some lenses also come with a lens hood and a special carrying case.
What comes with an outdoor studio?
You will get with the outdoor studio: (2) flash generators, (2) softboxes, (2) flash stands, (1) camera trigger, four-meter backdrop stand, and client-chosen paper backdrop.
What should I do in case of accidental damage to the gear during use?

What payment methods are accepted?
We have multiple payment methods, which include:
Cash.
Credit/prepaid cards.
Payment links.
Online payments.
Apple Pay.
What if I need my rental photography gear for longer?
It is possible to extend your rental period, provided that we are informed of the desire to extend at least 24 hours before the end of the rental period. You can inform us via email: info@woocommerce-1000142-3521142.cloudwaysapps.com or via phone: 33322812. Approval of the extension is conditional on the availability of the studio or photography gear.
What if I take my rental photography gear back late?
A late fee will be charged when the specified return time is exceeded. Fees are charged two hours after the agreed return time.
Can I cancel the gear or studio booking after my booking has been confirmed?
Yes, the client can cancel a booking made according to the following conditions:
10% of the rental cost is deducted when canceling of the booking is requested 24 hours before the studio or gear is received.
The client gets the refund within a week of the cancellation request.
The client must go to the company’s office to receive the refunded amount.
The booking cannot be canceled on the same day, a full rental fee will be charged
The client can postpone the handing over of the studio or gear without being charged an additional fee, provided that the company is informed of the desire to modify 24 hours in advance.
Is your gear in good condition?
Yes, we perform periodic maintenance on our gear and check it before handing it over to each client to ensure that it is working and in good condition.
Are rental services available from a certain age?
Yes, the client must be at least 18 years old at the time of rental. We may ask for ID verification.
