We provide our clients with a variety of in-studio logistical services such as recorded/live TV production for the benefit of TV channels, media production agencies and talk-show TV shows. As well as supporting services such as videography/photography gear, audio recording devices and decorative design works.
Rental Policies Step by Step
1. If this is your first time using our services, we recommend that you start by registering an account on our site first.
2. All rental requests are processed through our website, alternative communications methods, or by coming in person to the company’s HQ.
3. To request a studio, camera, or photography gear rental, start browsing our products, put what you need in the shopping cart, then you can select the appropriate date for receiving the studio or gear in the basket.
4. Click on the “Book Now” button to confirm your rental request.
5. After that, you will be redirected to the “Proceed to Checkout” page, which will ask you to enter your personal details and choose a payment method.
6. You can add a credit, debit or prepaid card; also you can use Apple Pay to proceed.
7. Once the booking is completed, you will receive an email with the booking details; also one of our staff will contact you to confirm the booking.
8. The studio, cameras, or photography gear will not be delivered until the full rental period has been paid.
9. Rental periods can be extended, provided that we are informed of the desire to extend at least 24 hours before the end of the rental period, the client can inform us to extend their rental period by contacting us via email: info@woocommerce-1000142-3521142.cloudwaysapps.com or by phone: 33322812. Approval of the extension is conditional upon the studio or photography gear not being held by another client for the requested period.
